I finally contacted support and this is what they said: “It’s loading signals and it takes one hour for diagnostics and appropriate resolutions to complete. your services should be restored within one hour” then sent me a ticket number and text and said if it’s still acting up then call a tech out to come look. Trying to enter network settings with a brand new remote, fresh batteries and the enter/select button does not respond to select confirm on the second screen. Very easy to select cancel so its not the batteries. Getting a live person at Comcast is the most frustrating thing ever. Fortunately, this issue was officially resolved on Wednesday morning (8/31) by our amazing support team, and a new update was sent to all active equipment. If you're still having this problem, please try restarting your TV Box by unplugging the power cord from the back of your device, wait 20 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.Internet is fine.
